Square Foot, LLC has worked with Bloomfield Center and the Township of Bloomfield on multiple occasions starting in 1993, supporting both revitalization and redevelopment initiatives.
Contracted by the Bloomfield Center Alliance (BCA), Square Foot participated on the consultant team that prepared the Revitalization Report in 2000, providing retail analysis, vacancy identification, and recommendations for enhancing the shopping environment.
Square Foot later helped establish the special improvement district and managed it from 2001–2004, organizing program areas including events, streetscape, and market positioning. Working with the Township, we also contributed to defining the redevelopment area, desired uses, and developer recruitment strategy.
